As for the previously discounted moxibustion beds, some customers haven’t received theirs yet. Both we and our customers are quite anxious. Those who have received them say they are very useful and enjoyable. Jiajia said she really likes the smokeless moxibustion method I’ve designed—there’s barely any smoke, and she’s very satisfied.
Once we finish fulfilling all the orders for the discounted beds and chairs, we’ll move on to the next promotion.
Many people are waiting for a discount on moxa sticks, but I haven’t responded. I’ve been too caught up in designing new moxa boxes and giving them away. Today, a customer from Wuhan who ordered a whole box of moxa sticks asked why I sent so many moxibustion boxes. I told her, these new boxes are excellent—try them out!
The improvements we’ve made to the moxibustion beds and chairs have greatly reduced smoke, making the whole experience more pleasant.
Our original intention in producing and selling moxa sticks was simple: to help people benefit from moxibustion and improve their health. Having good moxa is only step one—if the tools aren’t compatible, if there’s too much smoke or it’s inconvenient to use, the experience is ruined. That’s why this year, we focused heavily on reducing smoke in our moxibustion tools. From small portable boxes to square containers, from chairs to beds, we’ve created low-smoke and even smokeless systems. This completely changes the old perception of moxibustion.
Many people used to think winter wasn’t suitable for moxibustion because of the smoke. Now, it’s the best time. Our tools not only warm the body, they also open up the meridians—it’s both healing and comforting.

One of our lovely customers, Qing, even uses the scarf on her adorable dog, Tangni. She uses our best tools and even 2013 30:1 aged moxa sticks for him. What a lucky pup! Tangni enjoys moxibustion so much that he looks young and full of vitality—clearly, even dogs know how to take care of themselves.
Hui also uses our moxibustion scarves for her husband and children. Now they can do moxibustion while working or studying. She must feel so fulfilled—her whole family is staying healthy. That’s truly wonderful.
Someone just asked me when the next special offer for the moxibustion beds will begin. For now, we’ve tentatively scheduled it for the 6th.
Tomorrow, I’ll be setting up my new set: one integrated moxibustion bed, one single-person chair, and one double chair—all in a full sofa set. I’ll livestream the installation. After everything’s set up, I’ll demonstrate how to use the integrated bed, the single and double chairs. When the smokeless plates arrive, you’ll see just how clean and comfortable it can be.
